Keen Eye (Ability)

Keen Eye is an Ability. Three Pokémon can have this Ability.

Effect

In Battle

Keen Eye prevents the bearer from any loss of accuracy. It also allows the bearer to ignore any boosts to the opponent's evasion.

Outside of Battle

If a Pokémon with Keen Eye is leading the party, there is a 50% chance that a Pokémon that would be encountered will not appear if its level would be 5 levels or more below the leading Pokémon's. It shares this effect with Intimidate.
